  • Sales

Our long established sales team has clocked up over 16 years of loyal service with TruFrame, helping to grow our customer base into the vast national network it is today. With a over 40 years of experience within the uPVC window and door industry between them, our sales representatives are always well placed to answer any question. We also have a dedicated customer service and aftersales department, offering continuous contact and support with all of our valued customers.

  • Order Processing

Our order processing team boast a 24-hour turnaround on quotations, but our “RemoteSatellite” online ordering system puts TruFrame's cloud based pricing engine right at your fingertips. You can also take advantage of placing orders using this system, allowing you to get your paperwork sorted out of office hours whilst reducing you lead time even further! Not great with computers? Not a problem! Our in-house software support team are here to guide you every step of the way.

  • Profile

TruFrame manufacture all products using Liniar's range of six-chambered Energy+ outer frame and sash profiles at no extra cost, making even our standard windows the most thermally efficient in the marketplace. You can also enjoy a 5-day-or-less turnaround on white products, and a range of 14 different colour choices available in just 7 days. The profiles used across our entire range are extruded using 100% lead free and recyclable uPVC, meaning our windows and doors tick all the boxes.

  • Production

From our 40,000 sq/ft manufacturing facility in Melton Mowbray, TruFrame utilise state of the art machinery to fabricate to extremely low tolerances. Our automated cutting and prep centres are accurate to +-1mm and our precision welding and corner cleaning equipment allow us to achieve an unrivalled level of product quality. We are also firm believers in staff development, which is why all 150 of our factory operatives are trained to a recognised NVQ Level 2 qualification in window and door fabrication.

  • Hand Finishing

There should always be a degree of craftsmanship involved when making a made-to-measure product, which is why we insist that each frame and sash undergoes a rigorous hand finishing procedure:

    1. All corner contours are checked for appearance and refinished by hand using precision chisels to improve the aesthetic where required.

    2. The outside edges are levelled at the corners, using engineered contour blocks, to maintain the sash’s square silhouette once hung into the frame.

    3. Each corner groove is checked for an even depth and manually deepened, if found to be too shallow, to maintain uniformity.

    4. All apertures are inspected for weld build-up in the corners, with any protrusion removed to square the rebate and make the job of glazing and beading (at a later date) much easier.

  • Hardware

TruFrame are strategic supply chain partners with many of the leading names in our industry, but enjoy a special relationship with the most recognised security brand globally, Yale. As officially approved suppliers of Yale window and door security hardware, TruFrame are able to provide products covered by a 10 Year Security Guarantee, backed by a £1,000 contribution towards the homeowner's property and contents insurance excess in the unlikely event of a break-in.

  • Quality Control

We take product assurance very seriously at TruFrame, which is why we have a dedicated quality management team with over a decade and a half of hands-on experience in quality control roles within the uPVC fenestration industry. Our guys are strong believers in “pro-active quality control” whereby a potential problem is identified and resolved before it causes an issue which might otherwise delay our customers being able to fit their windows and doors.

  • Dispatch

Our product is carefully loaded onto bespoke delivery vehicles with bodies that have been designed specifically for our industry. Protective compartments for carrying glass and ancillary items dramatically reduces the frequency of sealed units or welded cills being broken or damaged during transit. We also apply corner protectors to all large frames to minimise damage caused by minor knocks or bumps that can occur when getting the product to site.

  • Delivery

With a 99.5% success rate for orders being delivered on-time, TruFrame makes sure your business is able to provide its customers with the quality and service they deserve. If required we can provide two qualified HGV drivers per vehicle, removing the responsibility often forced upon the customer to help with offloading a delivery, whilst also maintaining full compliance with the standards and guidelines set out within our occupational health and safety management system BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
