What brought you to TruFrame?
Bluestone Windows & Plastics is a trade counter, based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We came to TruFrame initially through our sister company, which does big commercial instals for national house builders as well as supplying and fitting uPVC windows and doors to domestic customers.
We were impressed with the quality of the products and the service we had already received from TruFrame, so when it came to looking for a supplier for our new trade counter company, we didn’t think twice. TruFrame had helped us double the size of our sister company and we knew they would be able to help us establish our new trade counter effectively.
How have you found working with TruFrame and how have they helped you?
We have found working with TruFrame has been great from the start. The support we’ve received from all members of staff has been amazing. From customer service through to order processing and technical support, they really have exceeded our expectations. All the staff are friendly and helpful; if we have any queries we know they’re always there to help and will deal with it really quickly, which saves us a lot of time and hassle.
The customer portal for us is really handy because we can see all the details we need on our deliveries in real time. If there are any delays we’re notified of them before it becomes an issue, which allows us to inform our customers. This enables us to achieve excellent customer service levels and has helped us build a strong reputation for quality and delivery, which we’re really proud of.
As all business owners will appreciate it’s not a 9-5 job, so the customer portal allows us to go on in the evenings, look at orders that have already been placed, go through and do new quotes, amend orders etc. If a customer needs a part for a window we can tell exactly what part it is they need, just by looking on the portal. We can see exactly the size of the window, so if there’s any queries, that’s the first port of call.
What’s the best thing about working with TruFrame?
TruFrame provide good products, at a good price with sensible lead times. We can’t ask for any more from TruFrame; we think they give us everything we need to run the business effectively.
