    "At Panoramic, we value ourselves on providing good products at a good price for our customers and we can’t provide a good service to our customers without a good supplier to ourselves.     "With the day-to-day running of the business, TruFrame helps no end, mainly through the customer portal. Access to that is invaluable to us because we need to know when a job’s coming in or what date something is being delivered.

    It’s brilliant, every frame, every item comes with a QR code. You just scan the QR code with your phone and it brings up everything about that item as well as the part numbers, so if you have an issue you can go straight to customer care and they can supply a replacement."
