What brought you to TruFrame?
Spire Glass is a family-run business based in Amesbury, Wiltshire. We’ve been supplying windows and doors to our residential and commercial customers for over 35 years; with two generations of the family now working within the company. We are proud of this heritage and although the business has grown considerably, we still retain the friendly, family-feel that our customers appreciate.
Back in 2013 we were looking for a supplier that could offer us good quality products, fast and on-time deliveries and that could provide the accreditations we needed for our new-build commercial customers. That’s certainly what we found with TruFrame.
How have you found working with TruFrame and how have they helped you?
TruFrame aren’t just our supplier, they are a supportive partner. That really is the best thing about working with TruFrame - the support you get is exceptional! Right from the start we worked hand-in-hand to structure and develop our business, to make sure we’re in the best possible shape for success. Even now, 10 years on, our Sales Manager visits us every month for a meeting to discuss how we’re doing, help us with any challenges we may be facing and support us to make the most of any opportunities.
We also have the peace of mind that TruFrame constantly work to keep up to date with the latest industry developments. They have very up to date manufacturing facilities with the latest equipment, and focus on developing new ideas and new products to be brought to the market. This is great for us as we know our customers, particularly our national house building customers, are looking for the latest and most advanced products.
What’s the best thing about working with TruFrame?
The product quality and reliable delivery times first attracted us to TruFrame, but looking back on the last 10 years, our partnership with TruFrame has given us so much more. We get incredible support from the whole team at TruFrame, which makes such a difference and really has been game-changing.
