What brought you to TruFrame?

We started working with TruFrame back in 2008. We were using a different system at the time but were looking for a new fabricator to work with, as we didn’t feel our needs were being met in terms of product by our existing supplier. 

We have been in the industry for over 25 years and have actually been fabricators ourselves in the past, so we knew what we were looking for. We wanted to find a supplier that could provide us with the volume of frames we needed to meet the demands of our growing business, whilst still allowing us to offer our customers the high quality products that we had been producing ourselves.

When we were introduced to TruFrame, we knew we’d found the right partner. Not only were the staff friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable, we saw that the products were far superior to any we had been able to find elsewhere. That's why we’ve never looked anywhere else since 2008!

How has TruFrame helped you?

TruFrame have really helped our business to grow over the past 14 years. Our Sales Manager Dave is amazing! He visits us regularly, keeps us abreast of new products and we feel he really cares about our business. He’s not just a rep, he’s a mentor. We bought the business from the previous owner 3 years ago and since the very start, Dave has been there, giving us advice and guidance; he’s really helped us to take the business forwards. Every time he comes in he gives us great advice!

What’s also really helpful to us is their reliability. We have always found TruFrame to be 100% reliable - in terms of quality of products, pricing, delivery and customer service. That’s so important when you’re running a business like ours.

What’s the best thing about working with TruFrame?

Where do I start?! There are so many things that we value about working with TruFrame - the reliability of products, reliability of service, the business mentoring we get, as well as the marketing support. But I’d have to say the very best thing about working with TruFrame is the fantastic customer service. They have supported us and our business consistently for over 14 years now, which has been incredible.
