What brought you to TruFrame?

We started working with TruFrame about eight or nine years ago when we made them our main supplier for the windows, doors and conservatory products that we use.

We were looking for a new supplier as we were unhappy with the quality of the products we were getting from our supplier at the time. We pride ourselves on the quality we deliver to our customers, so it was really important to us to get this right as that's what our reputation is built on. So, we needed our products to match that.

When we spoke to TruFrame we were really impressed. They seemed to put real importance on quality, which is what we needed. And from the first moment, we got on really well with the staff; they were all so friendly and helpful. They showed us around the factory and we had a close look at their products. We were really pleased with what we saw.

Another thing we considered when making our decision was lead times. We wanted to make sure our deliveries would be on time, as this was something that was really important to us. We don't want to let customers down, ever! And one of the biggest things in letting customers down is planning a fitting date, and not having the windows ready in time for that. Even if that delay is out of our hands, it still lets customers down and reflects badly on us. So when TruFrame reassured us that this wouldn’t happen, that was excellent.

How have you found working with TruFrame and how have they helped you?

Working with TruFrame has really exceeded my expectations. Although we originally came for the product quality that they offered, we’ve stayed for the fantastic support that we get behind the scenes - it’s been a real partnership. They’ve supported us with our marketing, with sales leads and with pushing the business forwards. 

We have regular meetings with the staff at TruFrame, which is really important to me. They are always ready to listen and take on board my side of things. I feel like they genuinely care about my business and helping me to grow, which has been a key part of our success.

We also know we can rely on TruFrame to deliver, week in, week out. I know they’ll be here on the Friday when we need them to be to deliver our windows, which is just what we want and allows us to deliver the best service to our customers.

What’s the best thing about working with TruFrame?

The best thing for us about working with TruFrame is the superb product quality, the support we get behind the scenes and their reliability.

We haven't found anybody in the industry that equals their quality standards and thankfully we know we can rely on them week in, week out to be here on the Friday when we need them to be, to deliver our windows, which is just what we want.
